That sounds like stun, but they could be 'dodging out of the way' and ruining their line order. In war suppression fire is used to keep heads down. It works fine after 2 turns of just this but she's just so slow and she's only doing 60% damage IF you're fighting 4 enemies. I've only had this work well with a Man-at-Arms screaming Bolsters, and he seemed to be doing most of the work. The way I imagine the designers wanted it to work would be as an opening shot that would reduce the incoming damage to the rest of the party for a good portion of the fight. Suppressing Fire - Either the damage reduction on this is way to low when you've got Hellions, and Highwaymen sweeping the board on a crit or the debuff is too low to be worth it. And if you're fighting a boss why are you using her instead of a Bounty Hunter? She's got a 1 in 8 chance of hitting for critical damage, but only if the target is marked, and only if there's anyone left to shoot in the back by the time round 5 or 6 crops. If anyone was going to hit, it should be her. Up the basic damage, reduce the marking bonus and increase basic accuracy by 5. Sniper Shot - fine in a team dedicated to marking targets, but it's outclassed by the Bounty Hunter's Collect Bounty skill, and since he's faster, if you have them both in a party, she'll have to use some other skill that's worth it when the marked target evaporates under an axe.

I haven't checked yet but I wont be surprised if she cant even use the Move skill to go back 2 spaces. What I got: A low damage spread hitter entirely lacking precision who needs 2 turns to get going with her basic attack with no coherency that gets outclassed by anyone who can do most her job without taking up a valuable healer's position. What I thought I was getting: A single hit high damage unit with the capacity to surgically gut the enemy team of its casters.
